These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ([BUSINESS ADDRESS]) for using Kaamyab.
- Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding contract in India.
- What Kaamyab does. It runs software agents that, with your Application assistance consent, use your own job-site accounts to find and apply to jobs and to track application statuses. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or any number of applications.
- Your responsibilities. Keep your profile, resume and screening answers truthful. You are responsible for every application submitted from your accounts. Review AI suggestions before approving them. Follow our Acceptable use policy.
- Job-site terms. Automated use may be against the terms of some job sites and may lead them to restrict your account. You choose whether to connect a site and can stop any time. We do not bypass captchas or other security controls.
- Your account. Keep your password secret. Tell us about unauthorised use at [PRIVACY EMAIL].
- Plans and payments. Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Paid plans run for the period shown. Refunds follow the Refund & cancellation policy.
- Your content. You keep ownership of your data. You allow us to process it only to provide the service as described in the Privacy notice.
- Availability. We work hard to keep Kaamyab running but do not promise uninterrupted service; job sites can change at any time.
- Suspension. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, or put others at risk.
- Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim ⚖️.
