Where we use AI
- Screening-answer suggestions (only if you turn on "AI answer suggestions"). Provider: Google Gemini API.
- Sent: experience, CTC, notice period, locations, relocation preference, education, graduation year, skill years, your resume text with emails/phones/links removed, and the question.
- Never sent: name, email, phone, passwords, OTPs, cookies, tokens.
- Every suggestion is saved for your review and not used until you approve it. Suggestions that conflict with your profile (for example more years of experience than you have) are flagged.
- Help assistant on the website: answers questions from our help documents and your own account status.
What AI does not do
- It does not decide which jobs you are rejected from or make legal or similar decisions about you.
- It does not invent education, employers, experience, certifications, salary, notice period or work authorisation.
- Your data is not used to train AI models, by us or, to the extent our provider settings allow, by our provider ⚖️.
